Recently Golf & Gourmet visited New Caledonia with a group from Hawks Nest and the Gold Coast. New Caledonia has three good golf courses and great hospitality. It is just a short flight from the East Coast of Australia with a distinct French flavour so is certainly worth a visit. Best times to travel are May through October.

We have also organized travel to the South Island of New Zealand including Christchurch and Queenstown for a group from the NSW Southern Highlands. The highlight golf course was Jack’s Point while the greatest surprise activity was a wine tasting at The Big Picture Wine location.

In 2009 we have 4 places available on a tour to California, Arizona and Nevada departing on 22 March from Los Angeles. This tour has been organized for Pacific Dunes Members & Friends. Pacific Dunes is a Troon managed facility so most of the courses included in the USA are Troon managed which ensures absolute highest quality experiences. Call Fred if this is of interest.

Later in the year we have included a tour that will include days at the Race to Dubai, the culmination of the 2009 European Tour.
