Highlights: Have you ever dreamt of playing in a golf tournament in an international tropical destination? If so then dust off your clubs and start practising your swing as Golf & Gourmet Academy are offering you the opportunity to play in our Leading Edge Fiji Invitational Mixed Pairs Tournament in August!
The tournament is open to all Australian club registered amateur golfers.
How To Participate:
The Fiji Invitational Mixed Pairs Tournament is exclusive to Leading Edge Golf Professional Outlets.
For your opportunity to play in the tournament, stop by your local Leading Edge Golf Golf Pro Outlet and request an entry form. Your Leading Edge Golf Pro will provide you with details of your local qualifying round and other pertinent details.

Participation Fee
The cost to participate in the qualifying round is A$15.00 per person and is payable to your Leading Edge Golf Pro Outlet.
Qualifying Round
Your Leading Edge Golf Pro will advise you of the designated day for the competition, which in many cases will be in conjunction with a normal '4 Ball Best Ball' Club Competition that is open to mixed pairs.
The winning mixed pair of the qualifying round will be invited to compete in the State Finals. If the winning mixed pair is unable to compete, the Runner Up of the qualifying round will then be offered the opportunity to compete in the State Finals.
State Finals - June
The winning mixed pair from the Qualifing Round will receive an invitation to compete in the June State Final Events - day, time and location will be advised on upon registration.
The State Finals will again take the format of a mixed pairs '4 Ball Best Ball' Competition. Green fees, refreshments and lunch will be provided to all participants in the State finals. Competing pairs are responsible for their travel to the State Finals and accommodation arrangements.
Fiji Invitation Tournament - August
The winning pair from each State will be invited to compete in the three (3) round final to be held at the Denarau Country Club, Fiji in August.
Golf and Gourmet Academy will host the airfares, 4 nights accommodation, 3 rounds of golf, welcome BBQ and Prize Winner Dinner for each of the winning pairs from each State.*
FINE PRINT
- Each state is required to have at a minimum of four Leading Edge Golf Pro outlets participating in the State Final. If there are less then four outlets participating in the State Final, the State Final will be combined with a neighbouring State, location to be decided by which State has the most participating outlets.
- Maximum Handicaps are 27 for Men and 40 for Ladies throughout the Tournament. Handicaps will be those applicable to the player by their club on any days play.
* Finalists will be responsible for all other expenses while in Fiji.
